L.Y.D.I.A.™ is an AI-assisted TSATS experience intended to help users navigate information, intelligence, workflows, and potential next steps.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

Users must independently verify material information before taking consequential action.

AI output is not a substitute for professional advice.

Third-party payment processors may process payments.

TSATS may suspend or cancel transactions where fraud, payment failure, misuse, unauthorized activity, or other legitimate concerns are reasonably suspected.

17. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY

Digital products may be delivered electronically through email, website access, customer portals, cloud systems, or third-party platforms.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery email and maintaining access to that account.

Digital products may be subject to access limitations designed to prevent unauthorized sharing or distribution.

18. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product or service purchased.

Because certain TSATS products may involve customized research, analysis, reports, labor, or immediate digital delivery, refunds may not be available after work has begun or digital access has been provided, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable purchase terms.

Any product-specific refund policy displayed at checkout or in a written agreement controls if it conflicts with this general section.

19. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND IMPLEMENTATION

If TSATS separately agrees to provide implementation, consulting, technology, operational, or advisory services, those services may be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or contract.

  • You violate these Terms
  • You misuse the website
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You interfere with TSATS systems
  • You fail to pay amounts owed
  • Continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

33. DISPUTES

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting TSATS.

Nothing in this section prevents a party from seeking emergency relief or exercising rights that cannot legally be waived.

Any governing-law, venue, arbitration, or dispute-resolution provision should be interpreted according to the jurisdiction specified in the final TSATS legal agreement applicable to the business.

34. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by the laws specified in the final governing-law provision adopted by TSATS, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

37. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, product-specific terms, purchase terms, proposals, statements of work, and written agreements, constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of TSATS.
